When I worked at ad agencies, I wrote ads, headlines, commercials. For docs, I wrote the voiceover narration and prepared interview questions. I developed story structure from raw material and wrote pick-up lines for talent on reality shows. I have the versatility to write in a range of voices across an even more diverse collection of formats.
Of course I also spent my fair share of time at various cafes, coffeehouses and boba shops writing my own features, pilots and shorts. One feature, “The Mou Yongers Avenge Vincent Chin” was recognized by the prestigious Nicholl Fellowship and the Austin Film Festival
Here’s a collection of writing projects that are the results of all that caffeine and sugar.
