When Jay Stocki broke the Guinesss Book of World Records for the longest putt, he was inspired to launch a nationwide lag putting competition. He came to me because he felt the rough cut by the camera crew didn’t really tell a story. All i had to work with was the footage from the actual rounds of putting. Golf is a sport I enjoy so I knew the thrill of making long putts so I sued that truth to build a teaser, along with an opening introduction, along with additional segments about all the nuances of putting in between the putting rounds.
