PRODUCTION NOTES

Diagnosed with a terminal illness, I was invited to film Jim Farley at what would be his last family reunion. In between balloon rides, spiritual hikes, in Sedona, Arizona, I interviewed Jim to get his story, then followed up with subsequent interviews with siblings, friends and faculty members. I’m humbled that Jim welcomed me into his life during his last final days to share his life story. He had a curious mind, and he recognized that filmmakers and storytellers shared the same entrepreneurial spirit with engineers and scientists.
