What I love about working on docs is the chance to meet real people and hear their stories. This one starts with Tim Maguire who trusted me to open up and tell me what connected him to the Challenged Athletes Foundation. The athlete’s stories are also very touching but they were all willing to chat. It took a little more time for a humble person like Tim who didn’t want to be the focus on him but after he saw the final cut he understood that it was all about all of them. This video brought in over 125,000K in donations and Tim’s family flew out from the East Coast to be a part of the event.
